End User License Agreement
The terms under which you use the Easy Eyes app.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Safafish for the Easy Eyes application ("Licensed Application"). By downloading or using it, you agree to this EULA. The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
1. Scope of License
We grant you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store "Usage Rules" in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Easy Eyes supports eye comfort, relaxation, and strain relief. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or correct any condition. The content is for general wellness only. If you have eye pain, sudden vision changes, flashes, floaters, or any medical concern, consult a qualified eye-care professional. Use the app at your own discretion.
3. Purchase
Easy Eyes is a paid application, available as a one-time purchase on the App Store. All features are included — there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. No Warranty
The Licensed Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
6. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you. Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content and provides no warranty for it. Any maintenance and support is provided by us, not Apple.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will we be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Licensed Application.
